15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Lumohs Pro Handles Only

We’re confident you’ll love Lumohs Pro. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your Lumohs Pro handle within 15 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping, as long as it is unused and in like-new condition. This is a satisfaction return window and is separate from the defect warranty below.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used handles cannot be returned or refunded.

To qualify for a refund:

•     Handle must be unused (no blade installed)

•     In like-new condition with no visible wear

•     Include the original loader and packaging

•     Shipping is excluded from this guarantee, is not refunded, and is the customer’s responsibility

Special Extended Warranty for Lumohs Pro Blade Refill Annual Subscribers

Benefits (Annual Subscription Holders) — The Most Comprehensive Coverage We Offer

Customers with an active annual Lumohs subscription enjoy automatic extended protection for the entire length of their subscription.

Lumohs Pro Subscriber Benefits Include:

•     Up to two (2) free replacement handles per 12-month subscription period. Replacements provided for any reason, including accidental damage, battery issues, performance concerns, or failure of any kind.

•     Priority support and expedited processing

•     Coverage applies as long as the subscription is active and in good standing at the time of the request

Note: Extended warranty, handle replacement, and loader coverage are available exclusively to active annual Lumohs Pro subscribers. This does not apply to single-use handle customers or single-use handle subscribers, and is not applicable to the Single-Use or Scalpels-as-a-Service™ program.

Standard Limited Warranty (6 Months)

The Lumohs Pro Reusable Handle is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect is confirmed during this period, Nano Surgical will repair or replace your handle at no charge, except for a $19.95 shipping, handling, and processing fee.

Active annual Lumohs Pro Blade Refill subscribers receive extended coverage: the limited warranty is extended to a full 12 months from the start of the subscription, including up to two (2) replacement handles for any reason, as described in the Subscriber Benefits section above. Extended coverage applies only while the subscription is active and in good standing.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

•     Normal wear and tear

•     Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

•     Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications

•     Use of unauthorized parts

•     Improper sterilization, maintenance, or third-party repairs

•     Handles outside the warranty period

Note: All returned Lumohs Pro handles must be properly cleaned and sterilized before shipment. Uncleaned returns will not be accepted.

Photos or videos may be requested. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

Single-Use Lumohs Handles

Single-Use Lumohs instruments are designed for one-time sterile use. No extended warranty coverage is available for Single-Use Lumohs.

•     No returns, exchanges, or repairs are permitted once packaging is opened or the product has been used.

•     Unopened units that are defective or damaged will be replaced upon verification.

•     Contact help@lumohs.com within 10 business days of delivery for assistance.

Authorized Distributor Purchases

If you purchased through an authorized distributor, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges. Distributor policies may vary but must align with this Limited Warranty framework.

Limitation of Liability

Nano Surgical’s liability is limited solely to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits.
