Warranty: Lumohs Pro and Eclipse Handles

The following warranty applies to the Lumohs Pro and Eclipse reusable handles. It does not apply to single-use Lumohs products, blades, or scalpels.

Standard limited warranty (6 months)

The Lumohs Pro and Eclipse reusable handles are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. During the warranty period, Nano Surgical will repair or replace your handle at no charge for the repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. When your claim is approved, we will email prepaid shipping labels and charge their cost, plus a handling and processing fee, to the card on file, so your device is tracked and insured both ways.

Extended warranty for annual blade refill subscribers

Customers with an active annual Lumohs Pro or Eclipse Blade Refill subscription receive extended protection for the full length of their subscription. The limited warranty is extended to 12 months from the start of the subscription and includes up to two (2) free replacement handles per 12-month period. Replacements are provided for any reason, including accidental damage, battery issues, performance concerns, or failure of any kind. Subscribers also receive priority support and expedited processing. Subscriber replacement handles ship at no cost, including prepaid shipping both ways. Coverage applies only while the subscription is active and in good standing at the time of the request.

This extended coverage is available exclusively to active annual Lumohs Pro and Eclipse subscribers. It does not apply to single-use handle customers or subscribers and is not part of the Single-Use or Scalpels-as-a-Service™ program.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

       Normal wear and tear

       Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

       Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications

       Use of unauthorized parts

       Improper sterilization, maintenance, or third-party repairs

       Handles outside the warranty period

All returned Lumohs Pro and Eclipse handles must be properly cleaned and sterilized before shipment. Uncleaned returns will not be accepted.

How to request warranty service

Email help@lumohs.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number, prepaid shipping labels, and return instructions.

Single-Use Handles, Blades, and Blade Loader Refills

Single-use Lumohs products, including single-use handles, single-use blades, and blade loader refills, are designed for one-time sterile use. No warranty coverage is available for single-use Lumohs products.

       No returns, exchanges, or repairs are permitted once packaging is opened or the product has been used.

       Unopened units that are defective or damaged will be replaced upon verification.

       Contact help@lumohs.com within 10 business days of delivery for assistance.

Authorized Distributor Purchases

If you purchased through an authorized distributor, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges. Distributor policies may vary but must align with this Returns, Refunds, and Warranty framework.

Limitation of Liability

Nano Surgical's liability is limited solely to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits.
