At Nano Surgical, Inc., customer satisfaction and product integrity are our highest priorities. Our devices are built to surgical-grade performance and reliability standards, and we stand behind every Lumohs product we make. This page covers our return and refund terms and our product warranty. Please read the section that applies to your product.

Returns and Refunds

How to request a return

To request a return, email help@lumohs.com within 15 days of receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After 15 days from receipt, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once your request is reviewed, we will email you an RMA number and a prepaid return label. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package, and any return received without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.

Sterile devices are final sale

All sterile-packaged devices are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This includes sterile single-use handles, all blades, and blade loader refills. For patient safety and regulatory reasons, sterile medical devices cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Non-sterile devices: 15-day return window

Non-sterile devices, including the Lumohs Pro and Eclipse handles, may be returned within the 15-day window if you are not fully satisfied. For safety and hygiene reasons, used devices cannot be returned or refunded. To qualify for a refund, the device must be:

       Unused, with no blade installed

       In like-new, resalable condition with no visible wear

       Returned in its original packaging with the original loader, where applicable, and all included components and accessories

Every approved non-sterile refund is subject to a single combined restocking and inspection fee of 20% of the purchase price. We provide a prepaid return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to deny a refund in full, or to apply additional charges, for any item returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition. The inspection fee covers verification of this condition.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, with the deductions described above applied. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Where this policy applies

This policy applies to direct purchases made through our website. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon are governed by that marketplace's return policy. Wholesale and distributor purchases are governed by the terms of the applicable purchase agreement and must align with this framework.


 

Single-Use Handles, Blades, and Blade Loader Refills

Single-use Lumohs products, including single-use handles, single-use blades, and blade loader refills, are designed for one-time sterile use. No warranty coverage is available for single-use Lumohs products.

       No returns, exchanges, or repairs are permitted once packaging is opened or the product has been used.

       Unopened units that are defective or damaged will be replaced upon verification.

       Contact help@lumohs.com within 10 business days of delivery for assistance.

Authorized Distributor Purchases

If you purchased through an authorized distributor, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges. Distributor policies may vary but must align with this Returns, Refunds, and Warranty framework.

Limitation of Liability

Nano Surgical's liability is limited solely to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits.
