Shipping Policy
Lumohs
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All Lumohs orders ship via UPS. Shipping, handling, and packing are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Products that require it, including the Lumohs Pro Kit, Refill Kit, and single-use items, are prepared, inspected, and sealed in sterile, cleanroom-validated packaging under strict quality assurance standards to ensure device integrity. All shipments include tracking and insurance for security and accountability.
Accessories such as loaders, chargers, cables, and cases are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit, ship with tracking and insurance, and are also priced by location at checkout.
Free Shipping for Lumohs Pro Blade Refill Subscribers (Domestic Only)
We offer free shipping on all domestic Lumohs Pro Blade Refill subscription orders. This applies to the refill subscription plan only and does not apply to SaaS or to international orders.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method and Transit Times
All orders ship via UPS with tracking. For the continental U.S., transit time is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. Because UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical street address at checkout.
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands) are shipped at domestic rates and are not treated as international orders.
International Orders
We ship internationally to the following approved markets. Shipping, handling, and packing are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Caribbean: Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Montserrat, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Jamaica, Dominica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Pacific: Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and the Cook Islands.
Single-use handles and individual scalpel blades are available for U.S. delivery only and do not ship internationally. If your country is not listed, email help@lumohs.com to check availability. All international shipments are handled via insured, trackable UPS service and are subject to quality-verified export procedures.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. International delivery typically occurs within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Order Tracking and Integrity
All Lumohs shipments are traceable from dispatch to delivery. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please confirm your shipping address before checkout, as redirection after shipment is not available.
Package and Seal Integrity on Arrival
Each shipment is sealed to protect device integrity. On delivery, please inspect the outer box and the inner sterile seals before use. If any seal appears broken, tampered with, or compromised, do not use the affected item and contact help@lumohs.com so we can arrange a replacement.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email help@lumohs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Because all shipments are insured, we will work with UPS to investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be subject to re-shipment costs. We are not able to refund shipping or packing charges on undeliverable orders caused by an inaccurate address.
